Once you have completed and submitted your form, call us to schedule your telehealth (online or via telephone) appointment where you will meet with the doctor and she will ask any clarifying questions necessary in order to ensure that your action plan is most suited to your needs. If you’ve requested an herbal formulation, we’ll give you a call when it is ready for pick-up (usually the same day or the following business day).
